A lot of our customers over the years were interested in having some community features in their apps and websites, and that often meant chat. They liked the idea of having chat, live chat. Unfortunately, these are internationally renowned brands. These are major football clubs, basketball teams, sports leagues, television shows, etc. And they could not risk the problems which come from allowing users to chat. So we created live comments. Live comments is not an open-ended chat room, but it is also not standard social media comments. Live comments is a chat room based around a topic. Live comments is time-framed scheduled chat rooms about specific topics with AI moderation in place and almost zero barrier to entry for end users and almost zero manual moderation work required from our customers. Live comments was an attempt to launch a chat product for companies who are scared of launching chat products or who do not have the resource to manage a chat product. Live comments was very successful. We have major companies such as Formula E and FIFA who many, many times over the years came face-to-face with a chat product and could not launch it because it had too many risks around their brand and what human beings could say on the platform and how much resource was needed to run and maintain and manage the chat systems. So we created a new product, White Label, and we sold it to major organisations and they launched with it and it was a huge success.
